Ryan became a certified prosthetist 2010 and a certified orthotist in 2012. Ryan has had the opportunity to work with an amazing range of patients and allied health professionals and after more than 16 years he is currently Lethbridge’s most experienced Prosthetist .

After completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology at U of C in 2004 and his Diploma of Massage Therapy in 2005, Ryan worked as an Athletic Therapist with various university sports teams and in rehabilitation clinics. Here he honed his assessment skills and learned the benefits of incorporating a wholistic care team with treatments from physical therapy, massage, chiropractic care and others alongside orthotic treatments.

During his practice Ryan discovered a love for prosthetic and orthotic care and returned to complete his training at BCIT in 2006. Since then he has returned to Lethbridge to begin his practice as a fully certified CPO(c).

In his free time Ryan enjoys sharing the sports he loves with his family. He can be found in the CrossFit gym, at the volleyball court, or on the BMX track with his wife and kids.

Koji became fully certified as an orthotist & prosthetist in 2020. Since then, he has been treating patients across southern AB.

It was during Koji’s Bachelor of Science and Kinesiology that Koji was first introduced to the world of prosthetics and orthotics. A major dirt biking accident that injured his right knee required four surgeries and a custom knee brace. Watching the clinical and fabrication process for his own injury changed his goals from physiotherapy to orthotic and prosthetics.

From then on, Koji volunteered in O&P clinics, gaining experience with patient care and fabrication and design of braces and prosthetics. He graduated from BCIT in 2014, completed his Masters of Science in 2015, returning to Lethbridge to begin his practice. Now a fully certified CPO(c), Koji’s intent is to improve his patients mobility and quality of life.

When Koji is away from the office you can find him spending time outdoors in the southern Alberta foothills where he grew up. He could be gardening with his wife, horse riding with his daughters, or hiking the hills near Lundbreck in search of the perfect Elk.
